AND NOW...THE FIRST CHAPTER:

I have read and enjoyed many of Karen Kingsbury's books but this one was even better. I was enjoying the characters and the plot, when whammo - the plot took a turn that I didn't see coming. I was in shock and wondered how the story was going to continue for almost 200 more pages. But Kingsbury is a talented author and finished her phenomenal story.
When you read the book don't stop with the last sentence "And what could be a happier ending than that?" - be absolutely certain to read the epilogue. It doesn't call itself that but be sure to read the last few pages (that begin "Dear Friends,") to truly understand and better appreciate the great book you've just finished reading.
