Life Without Limits
Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life by Nick Vujicic is not an autobiography like I expected but rather a motivational and inspirational work. Nick is a 27 year old man that was born in Australia (we Americans are inspired by their accents) with no limbs yet he has gone on to become a world wide inspirational speaker by the grace of God.
What would an individual born without arms and legs have to speak about? Nick has done so many things in life that the rest of us have never even thought of - from performing his own stunts in a film short to scuba diving to fighting a bully (I don't want to give y'all a spoiler so you'll have to read to see who won) and he does them with the joy of life. He is a man that has found ways to get around his disability to do what he sets his mind to. If you or someone you know is down in the dumps about life, read this book. Nick will inspire you to pull yourself up by your bootstraps (even if he has none) and get out and go for it! Whatever that it may be.
You can read more about Nick and his ministry Life Without Limbs by clicking here.
I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.
