Twisted Webs by Darlene Quinn

I read and review books for many publishers and lo and behold I have no clue how this book came to be in  my mailbox. I keep a database of requested books as well as emails, yet I have no record of requesting this book. Despite that, I'm glad it arrived because Twisted Webs was an entertaining read.

Twisted Webs is the story of twins separated at birth. The kidnapper is a man desperate to keep his wife Erica from falling into a severe depression - she has miscarried multiple babies and is now unable to have any children. What is unusual in this plot is that Erica has no clue the baby she's raising as her own has been kidnapped. Her husband lead her to believe she was given to them for adoption by a young girl that was unable to raise her newborn. The plot is further complicated but to say more would be to give away spoilers.

If you enjoy stories with themes of motherhood and forgiveness, you will enjoy Twisted Webs. You can read the prologue and first chapter here.

This book was provided to me by Quinn Web Publications for my reading and review. I was not compensated in any other way for my honest review.
