School starts in four weeks so it was time to begin installing programs for the new year. Switched-on-Schoolhouse for Spanish took some time but it's working properly. Teaching Textbooks for Algebra went smoothly. A computer program that I will be reviewing at a later date was confusing but I 'think' it's almost all set up for John to begin learning.
I began moving this year's texts to one shelf, cleaned out used notebooks and folders from last school year and even began deleting old files on the main computer - there were assignments there from two years ago. Then it was time to get out the new lesson plan books. I entered a contest online to win a pretty planner but for now I"ll use our basic blue planners.
