Busy, busy, frightfully busy!!!

Well not too busy to finally do an update. This is just going to be a laundry list of what we've been up to.
We've had dinner at the W and L family homes; one we met online through the Catholic homeschool group and the other we were acquainted with when we lived here 97-99.
Teens have been to youth group but now it's on "vacation" for the month of July. James has been to Boy Scouts.
We had two shipments delivered on Monday - our main HHG from Germany as well as the items we put in storage two years ago.
We've done way too much shopping - car for Scott, washer/dryer, fridges, beds for teen girls, mattresses for all children, kitchen table/chairs, gas grill, lawn mower, clothing, lots of groceries, misc stuff, etc.
But we did take time off on Independence Day to go to the Huntsville Stars baseball game. The KofC at our church had bought a block of tickets and they were great seats. Our team even won in the bottom of the 10th inning. The game was followed by fireworks. Scott and I plan to enjoy some dates at the ballpark (this time we had all the kids with us). I have a few pics I'll post later.

big kids having fun.....
little kids enjoying the ballgame......
the strange people you see in the stands at a minor league ballgame
and on the field as well.....

Renee! I've cut back drastically on computer time and have not been reading blogs, but I wanted to catch up with you. How FUN to be back in the States just in time to celebrate July 4th! And praise God about receiving your shipment!

What a blessing to have connected with both old and new friends already!

P.S. When're yew gonna start talkin' funneh? Three days after we moved to Virginia, I was already dropping the "g" from words ending in "ing." :)
