Wedding Ring is the story of three generations of women that don't know one another well despite being closely related. The story takes place when the younger two come to clean out the matriarch's home that has become overrun with junk.Stories of the lives of the three women (including flashbacks) are woven throughout the book. It was an enjoyable read and an author I'll add to my "to read" list.

I love the books but I no longer love going to the post office. In Germany I had to go to the post office to get my mail, I had to pass it to get to the commissary.... here the post office is not on the way to anything so I'm not as likely to mail until I have a few books ready to go.
I have a list of several other 'quilt' novel authors... If you are interested I can pass on the info... I really enjoy Jennifer Chiaverini... They take place in PA...
Thanks Caroline. I have soooo many books to read right now that I need to stop mooching for a bit..... I'll come looking for new authors in maybe 4-6 mos.... school is going to keep me busy now.
