OAR - Run for Autism & Marine Corps Marathon

Below is an email I received from my dear friend Margaret. I thought I would share it here in hopes of helping them to raise more money for OAR.

"Mark is again running the Marine Corp. Marathon in support of the Organization for Autism. OAR funds research projects to help families like ours who struggle daily with a family member with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. For us, this means living with a 9 year old who is easy and smiling and cooperative 95% of the time.

The other 5% is tricky. We never know when Malcolm will explode. He gets overwhelmed by sights, sounds and touch. Transitions are difficult for him. There are nights that bedtime is nothing less than a battlefield.

Please consider helping Mark raise funds to potentially help families like ours.

Visit www.firstgiving.com/evil to view Mark's webpage and donate to OAR."
