ACT Scores are in!!!

The ACT scores are in and James scored a 31!! Of course this is the young man that hardly cracked (if at all) the study book we have on the bookshelf.

James will be eligible to have out-of-state fees waived at MSU as well as the Freshman Academic Excellence scholarship. He'll also be able to compete for the Distinguished Scholarship and/or Engineering Excellence Scholarship. At Alabama, he would be a Presidential Scholar which means full-tuition scholarship. Auburn would award James the Founders Scholarship which covers full-tuition.

Congrats James!!!!

Now if I can get him to study, he can go even higher since he's still a first semester junior and has an entire year to shoot for the stars.

I have no idea what this means, but clearly, from the implications (scholarships etc) it's a good score! Well done both of you!

LOL Dorothy......we do talk different languages despite both speaking English :)

A 31 is 97th percentile nationally - meaning of those that took the test, he scored better than 97%.... in the state of AL, he ranks 98th percentile
