I was very excited to get a chance to try out this product as I needed a new key chain and I could carry photos of my kids with me easier than small photo albums. The photo frame came detached from the key ring but was easy to attach.. The written instructions were in minuscule print making it very difficult to read even with my bifocals but fortunately once I used the USB cable to connect to my laptop, it was extremely easy to download pics. The screen is small so it's best to use close up photos but overall a bargain for the low price of $9.99.
