Spicy Potato Soup
1 lb ground beef
4 cups cubed peeled potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
24 oz tomato sauce
4 cups water
salt/pepper to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and the soup thickens.
Once upon a time, this used to feed my family... now I just make more of everything.

yes. usually a when a recipe calls for 1 pound of ground beef, I know I must double the recipe to feed my whole family. Sounds like a good easy one!
